And He Who Cuts The Heads Off Strawberries…




…must see to it that he himself

makes strawberry tea

til your tastebuds do cartwheels!!!

(and your body will thank you)


It’s just as simple as it sounds and sure to zap any time of day with a heckuva delicious optimism boost!!!

All it takes is saving the tops of strawberries (that are normally discarded) & tossing them into hot water to steep.

Steep about 5 minutes, strain, and enjoy.

That’s it.  


The beauty about this is that drinking strawberry tea supplies more nutrition than eating strawberries alone, with a fraction of the sugars.  Sure fruit sugars aren’t so bad, but the less sugar the better in general if you want your brain to stay tip-top and healthy.  

The impact of sugars on cognitive function is a post for another day, but it’s super-important to know that it’s a real thing.  

We don’t make too many suggestions here at The Optimism Lab, but we do highly recommend learning all you can about this through scientific findings.
