Thankful for You... and Dr Seuss!

At The Optimism Lab, we love finding joy in simple things, and being inspired by heartfelt everythingness. 

And, for whatever reason, today seemed like a day for some Dr. Seuss. 

This cat (in a hat!) has some of the most timeless wisdom, and incredible quotes that continue to knock our socks off across the decades.

And what better way to trot onto the road of pursuing passions and chasing your dreams than to have a pocketful of Dr. Seuss-isms to guarantee you smiles and pep in your step along the way!??!?

Here’s a few classics:

Why fit in when you were born to stand out?

You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself in any direction you choose.

Today I shall behave, as if this is the day I will be remembered.

We’ll for sure be doing some deeper dives into Dr. Seuss in future posts as he’s been one of our all time faves since childhood.

For now though, we just wanted to drop a little sunshine right here before we skedaddle on into the day.

It’s a holiday today, and we’re volunteering with a local org to feed a bunch of hungry people!

Got some trays of chow to deliver & much to do from there.
